Day 77: Paper Strips Day
Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! As I post today, I have my Irish/ Celtic rock channel on Pandora playing. Today is Work with Strips of Paper day in Noah's book so I decided I'd do some elementary school-style paper weaving. Obviously, the green, white, and orange are inspired by the Irish flag, but do you know what the colors mean? As I've heard it, the green represents the Catholics, the orange represents the Protestants, and the white represents the peace between the two denominations. Therefore, as you wear your green tonight and drink your green beer, I hope you remember the meaning behind St. Patrick's Day: St. Patrick and his ministry.
